The hair dryer market has expanded for four consecutive years since 2020, and in 2023, the sales amount in the home appliance retail store market was 125% compared to the previous year*1. The average price of hair dryers has also increased continuously since FY2019, and in FY2023, it will be 121%*2 compared to the previous year in the home electronics retail store market. As companies successively introduce high-performance hair dryers that dry hair quickly and improve shine and manageability, the market for high-end hair dryers has become one of the few growth areas in the domestic home appliance market.
