President and Executive Officer: Satoshi Horikiri (hereinafter referred to as NX Holdings) has introduced ServiceNow. Aoranau has been highly praised for its quick and flexible response capabilities and track record.
*■ServiceNow introduction background*
NX Holdings has introduced SAP/HANA (commonly known as NXAS-G), a group accounting platform, with the aim of streamlining corporate operations and improving global competitiveness. This required the redeployment of the common infrastructure and the resolution of operational issues. We decided to introduce ServiceNow with the aim of improving the analog operation, burden of inquiry response, and insufficient usability that were issues with the existing platform, and improving operational quality and reducing costs through digital solutions.
