Hiroyuki Okazaki
Born in Chigasaki City, Kanagawa Prefecture. Joined Cross Marketing Group Co., Ltd. in April 2014. Assigned to the Marketing Research Sales Department, he proposes and implements market research to support companies’ business decision-making, and performs consulting work that indicates future directions based on the results. In April 2016, he transferred to the Strategy Development Department and started new development targeting national clients with sales of over several hundred billion yen. He also travels to Asia, Europe, America, and other countries with manufacturers that are entering the overseas market in earnest, gaining experience ranging from understanding consumers to making distribution proposals. Joined Trend Pro Co., Ltd. in August 2018, served as manager of the human resources development department, and then became vice president in August 2019. Appointed representative director and president in November 2020.
