Background of development
The driving agency dispatch platform “AIRCLE” will begin providing services in Ibaraki Prefecture from June 7, 2024. Ibaraki Prefecture has the third largest number of driving agencies* in the country, and driving agency services are deeply rooted in the region. However, it also faces serious social issues, ranking second in the number of drunk driving arrests* after Okinawa Prefecture.
In order to solve this problem, our company collaborated with the Ibaraki Prefecture Driver Agency Association and decided to start the service in Ibaraki Prefecture. The Ibaraki Prefecture Driving Agency Association has 20 member driving agencies and has approximately 80 accompanying vehicles. By collaborating with our association, we will be able to provide safe and efficient driving agency services that meet local needs.
In the future, Aircle will collaborate with administrative agencies and restaurant operators in Ibaraki Prefecture, aiming to provide users with a new transportation experience. We share the mission of eradicating drunk driving and will contribute to creating a safe and comfortable traffic environment through community-based support.

Comments from Kazuo Nakayama, Chairman of Ibaraki Prefecture Driver Agency Association
[Image 3: https://prtimes.jp/i/52365/44/resize/d52365-44-be536963f37364686546-2.jpg&s3=52365-44-8b15f53e2f038c82387d4583dba3a0f8-1799×2700.jpg] Ibaraki Prefecture Driver Agency Association Chairman Kazuo Nakayama At first, I had doubts about the driving agency app. I have been listening to a variety of issues with Mito City’s Vice President Taya, but I believe that unless I understand and agree with them, I will not be able to responsibly provide explanations and guidance to the association’s member businesses. I asked Mr. Shinshiro from the lab for explanations many times, and it took a while until I was satisfied. And in the future, I have come to believe that it will be necessary for driving agency services, similar to the taxi industry’s “Taxi GO”.
We won’t know until we start, but I think we can expect great results by working together and growing together with the full cooperation of Alpaca.Lab Co., Ltd. and the Ibaraki Prefecture Driver Agency Association. Masu. I hope that eventually this app will be able to do work that everyone is satisfied with.
I believe that various problems and areas for improvement will arise during operation, but I feel that it would be good if they were communicated from Ibaraki Prefecture and spread to other prefectures. We will continue to receive great cooperation from Alpaca.Lab Co., Ltd., and the Ibaraki Prefecture Driving Agency Association will continue to work hard toward this project while increasing its membership.
