10Gbps high speed transfer
The D4-320 uses the USB3.2 Gen2 protocol and boasts data transfer speeds of up to 10 Gbps, twice as fast as the D4-300 (5 Gbps). When equipped with 4 hard disks, the actual read/write speed is up to 1,016 MB/s (combined with WD Red 8TB x 4 read/write). Even with a single hard disk, the read speed can easily reach 510 MB/s (WD Red 1TB SSD), providing excellent performance whether you use multiple hard disks at the same time or efficiently using one.
