Reason for salary base increase of 28% in the past 3 years
FS.shake Co., Ltd. will increase the salary base in 2024 in order to improve employee motivation and provide economic stability. Through this initiative, we have achieved a total salary increase of 28% over the past three years, and aim to further improve employee comfort and satisfaction.

As we have improved our business performance in recent years and placed emphasis on improving the lives of our employees, we have decided to increase the salary base to further reward our employees. Through this, we aim to evaluate the efforts and contributions of each employee and provide a better working environment.
Specific salary base increase details
The base salary increase for fiscal 2024 will include an average 7% raise for all employees. As a result, we have achieved a total salary increase of 28% over the past three years.
