・ Those who want to gain knowledge about new circuit formation technology ・ Anyone who is interested in this topic can take this course. -Seminar Purpose-
With the rapid deployment of 5G services, efforts toward Beyond 5G (6G) are becoming more active. Printed wiring boards that carry many electronic components and are responsible for electrical connections are required to further improve transmission characteristics, and forming low-loss circuits on materials with low dielectric properties has become an important issue.
In this course, we will introduce the basics of plating related to circuit formation and the method of forming low conductor loss circuits on materials with low dielectric properties that are suitable for high frequencies, using examples. , we will explain a new circuit formation technology that does not use a photolithography process.
