Industries that make reservations, especially the hotel and restaurant industries, have many issues regarding cancellations.
Business operators are plagued by a variety of problems, including the problem of no-shows where customers who have booked a reservation do not show up, the burden of burdening the business of charging cancellation fees, and the problem of unpaid cancellation fees that are not paid even after requesting them.

In order to solve these problems, we released “Payn” in October 2022, which automates the billing and collection of cancellation fees, and it is currently being used by various businesses, mainly accommodation facilities and restaurants. I’m here.

“Assist” is an inn system and resort hotel system that manages customers, reservations, front desk accounting, accounts receivable management, management, and sales strategies with rich functions and intuitive operability.

Through this collaboration, the reservation data in “Assist” is automatically imported into “Payn” via API, eliminating the need to manually enter billing information, creating invoices, sending messages, and billing that occur when requesting cancellation fees. It becomes possible to automate tasks such as reminders and collections.

However, in order to solve the cancellation problem lurking in the lodging industry, we and Shinnan Kotsu discussed the issue of what kind of fee structure should be offered, and we were able to offer this kind of fee structure.

Previously, the process of billing cancellation fees required checking reservation information from these media and manually creating and billing invoices.
In this invention, by acquiring reservation data from various media through API, CSV, etc., it is possible to seamlessly perform a series of cancellation fee billing operations, from identifying the billing party to creating an invoice and sending subsequent messages. Masu.
