Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University (Beppu City, Oita Prefecture, President: Yutaka Yoneyama, APU) will inaugurate Runa Wakasa and Asumi Jaha as special vice presidents on June 8th (Saturday) at Tokyo Midtown Yaesu. At the same time, we announced that the eight summit members who will support the Special Vice President have been decided.

Five high school students and current students, selected from 160 applicants, will carry out tasks specialized in identifying issues and forming a vision for the university.
Based on our unique ideas and perspectives, we will provide opinions and recommendations as a stakeholder, and work to formulate and implement new policies. We hope that by actively welcoming
stakeholders with attributes that have not been present in governance, we will create new perspectives and driving force for reform.
