Innovation Design Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, Representative: Taro Ishizeki), which operates food and beverage, retail, and consulting businesses with the vision of “drawing a future for people and the earth,” is operated by our company. On June 12, 2024, the restaurant “KIGI” in Tameike Sanno and “KITCHEN MANE” in Bashamichi, Yokohama will launch a “sustainable party plan” that is vegan, Muslim-friendly, and wheat-free. It will be available from (Wednesday).
This course takes advantage of the flavor of plant-based ingredients such as soybeans and mushrooms that are commonly used in Japanese cuisine, and uses gluten-free soy sauce and halal-certified
ingredients. The menu is not fixed and uses seasonal ingredients procured within an 80km radius, with options such as “vegan, wheat-free” and “Muslim-friendly” to suit the needs of customers hosting parties such as corporate social gatherings and weddings. We will suggest a menu that suits your needs.

Introducing a new party plan that allows you to choose vegan, Muslim-friendly, and wheat-free options
KIGI and KITCHEN MANE are restaurants that aim to solve social issues through food. We aim to create a restaurant that caters to diverse values ​​by leveraging the wisdom and techniques of traditional Japanese cuisine.
In recent years, the number of foreigners living and working in Japan has increased, and the country is becoming increasingly multinational, especially in the Tokyo metropolitan area. In addition, with the increase in the number of tourists visiting Japan and the recovery in demand for eating out, we have been receiving more requests from companies and travel agencies for “Halal” and “Gluten-free” products, so we are using gluten-free soy sauce and halal-certified ingredients. We have developed a course that can be enjoyed by both those with and without dietary restrictions.

In Japan, there is an idiom that goes, “Eat food from the same pot.” Food cultures differ depending on each person’s tastes and values, but I think there is a sense of unity and joy that comes from eating the same food in the same space, without labeling it differently.
