The National Day Service Network for Severely Handicapped Children (General Incorporated Association) is a business organization of more than 230 members nationwide that operates day-care facilities for children with severe mental and physical disabilities and children under medical care. It is a hearing organization for revising compensation for welfare services, etc.
Heavy Daynet National Convention 2024 Main Purpose
This will be the first in-person national tournament under the new system. From the first stage of “creating a community life for seriously ill children,” we have started to move to the second stage, in which “severely ill children become the main players in creating communities and society.”
The living environment of critically ill children and children receiving medical care is fraught with many issues such as a lack of social resources and manpower, but we, who are the closest to supporting seriously ill children who live strong lives with dreams and hopes, The first priority is to provide support that protects the rights of the person and respects their will. We will once again look back at the origins of person-centered support and aim to improve the quality of support.
Special lectures and keynote speeches included Seiko Noda*, member of the House of Representatives,* Hiroshi Yamamoto*, member of the House of Councilors, and Yukinori Tamaki, who is also active on NHK’s E-TV program “Baribara”*
We are planning to appear on the stage.
Keynote speaker Yukinori Tamaki –
He is an author, TV personality, consultation support specialist for people with disabilities, and works as a social worker despite having cerebral palsy. He serves as a director of the Mainstream Association, a specified non-profit organization, and currently appears on NHK’s “Baribara.”
