“Enju” aims to protect and breed the endangered Japanese honey bee, and sells a limited quantity of Japanese honey bee honey, which is highly rated for its beauty and health benefits.
Product history
Producers who love Japanese honeybees are concerned about the number of Japanese honeybees, which are decreasing year by year, and are passionate about protecting and breeding Japanese honeybees. This product was born out of a desire to share the charms of Kikuchi City, Kumamoto Prefecture, in order to spread the word about nectar, which is rich in aroma, good for the body, and good for beauty. Japanese bees differ from Western bees in that they collect nectar from multiple flowers, so they have a mountain flavor rather than a flower flavor.
In particular, Kikuchi City, Kumamoto Prefecture is home to the Kikuchi Water Source, one of the world’s greatest water sources, and we have commercialized the bounty of nature by collecting nectar from the flowers of trees that grow in this water source.
Furthermore, we are particular about the packaging, and we have adopted a multi-layered box style that resembles a Japanese honey bee hive. Since it has a high sterilizing effect, an original wooden spoon is also included, and we have made sure that those who use it can also feel the healing power of nature.
