■ Report visualizing environmental changes before and after relocation Utilizing “O-SCORE” provided by Okamura Co., Ltd., which evaluates both the organizational environment (Organization) and the physical office environment (Office), A questionnaire survey was conducted every month. In this report, we not only publish the scores for both the “organizational environment” and “physical office environment,” we also introduce the initiatives taken at the Hibiya office after the relocation, and analyze the effects that appeared before and after the relocation. In the physical office environment (Office), scores (deviation values) improved in all items. Regarding organization, scores (deviation values) improved in a well-balanced manner in all items. Overall, positive changes were observed, suggesting that the organization’s vitality and cohesion were strengthened. From these results, it can be seen that this office relocation had an effect on improving the organizational environment.
