[Summary of survey results] The speed of recovery is slowing down, but it is just a breath away from reaching pre-coronavirus levels Facilities with a high ratio of foreigners are doing well due to the return of inbound tourists ◎ Overall :The top 3 growth rates from 2019 are the same as the top 3 foreign visitor ratios. The correlation cannot be overlooked. ◎ Amusement park/Theme park : Although there are facilities that are doing well, such as “Yomiuriland” which has reached the 2 million mark, the overall performance is not as high as in 2019. ◎ Zoo : One step closer to the 2019 level. At Tokyo Ueno Zoo, which saw a sharp increase last year, the pace of increase has slowed down to 106.8% compared to the previous year. ◎ Aquarium : Many aquariums in the Tokyo metropolitan area have attracted more than 1 million visitors, exceeding the number of visitors in 2019. ◎ Museum : Recovery was delayed until 2022 because most of the facilities were indoors, but the top-ranked National Museum of Nature and Science exceeded 2 million visitors, and the New National Museum of Art also saw rapid growth. ◎ Park/Garden :Of the 11 facilities that ranked in the top 100 in number of visitors, only three exceeded the number of visitors in 2019.
