Our company, XOP, started supporting business integration using cutting-edge technology in October 2022, and in May 2024, we developed and provided ChatGPT “Ops AI” for corporations. We have built our organization and business around remote work so that we can provide this business to clients across Japan.
On the other hand, we also recognize the value of the level of understanding and information sharing achieved through face-to-face communication, and it is also true that many members have come together voluntarily from time to time.
Under such circumstances, more than half of the members of our business team live in Yokohama, so we established the Yokohama office to realize a hybrid work style between real and remote work. Going forward, coming to the office will not be mandatory, but will be left to the autonomy of the members, preserving their choice.
In order to realize XOP’s work style of “combining remote and real life,” we thought we could make the most of WeWork’s structure and environment.

Workspaces have been built using spatial designs that enhance creativity and productivity, and are home to everyone from start-ups to large companies, mainly in the IT industry, as well as many government agencies and local governments.
WeWork has the ISMS (International Information Management System) standard “ISO/IEC” held by our company XOP.
There is a private office space that can withstand the 27001 certification, and while it is a completely independent space with enhanced security, you can also expect to collaborate with other industries and other tenant companies in the community lounge and common areas. We chose WeWork as our base because it allows us to take advantage of face-to-face communication both internally and
externally.
