[Sakura City, Chiba Prefecture] Housing subsidy system total 140 million yen! We support “living in Sakura” (expansion of subsidy system)
*From April 2024, we will expand the housing subsidy system for relocation, permanent residence, and vacant house measures! Especially for households with children, up to 1 million yen*
Sakura City is fully supporting your “living in Sakura”!
The childcare supplement of the nearby/same residence relocation support project, which subsidizes the purchase cost of a house for young people/child-rearing households and their parent households to live in Sakura City, is applicable to households with one or more children under 18 years of age (previously (3 or more people), and the maximum subsidy is 400,000 yen (300,000 yen for those living in the same neighborhood 100,000 yen for childcare).
In addition, for the used home renovation support project, which subsidizes the cost of newly purchasing a used home and renovating it, the maximum subsidy amount is 600,000 yen (500,000 yen for used renovation 100,000 yen for childcare, subsidy rate 1/2) (400,000 yen last year), and the scope of childcare supplements has also been expanded.
By utilizing these two subsidy systems, if a child-rearing household purchases a used home and is eligible for the nearby/same residence relocation support project, some can receive up to 1 million yen in subsidy!
In addition, the “Used House Demolition and New Construction Subsidy,” which is a rare system even in Chiba Prefecture, subsidizes the demolition costs when you purchase a used house and then demolish it and build a new one.The total amount ranges from 300,000 to 500,000 yen (subsidy rate 1 /5) was expanded.
