(Representative Director: Itaru Inoue, Nagano City, Nagano Prefecture), which is headquartered in Wakasato, Nagano City, Nagano Prefecture, will open a store at Shinshu Sweets & Bread Festa in Ario.

The Pan Sweets Festival, which was held in May this year and was a great success, will be held in November. Approximately 20 popular bread and sweets shops in Nagano Prefecture are gathered here. In addition to bread and donuts, our store also plans to have salted butter bread and apple cinnamon rolls made with apples from Suzaka City, which are available only in the fall and winter.

It grows beautifully and robustly even in the mountainous areas of Shinshu without the use of special machinery or pesticides.

Our base is in Nagano Prefecture, but we have started a mail order and sub-book service for delicious gluten-free bread so that those suffering from gluten intolerance across the country will not have to worry about choosing a store.
We feel that it is our mission to create a dining table that everyone can enjoy, centered around Japanese ingredients.
