Career advancement support project for female employees*
In order to support initiatives for the advancement of women in small and medium-sized businesses in Tokyo, the Tokyo Metropolitan Government formulates action plans based on the Act on Promotion of Women’s Participation and Advancement in the Workplace and provides support for the implementation of the plans.
Action plan formulation support training – online –
You can learn about the formulation process in line with issues, notification procedures, and practical know-how regarding the formulation of the “General Employer Action Plan,” which is the basis of efforts under the Act on Promotion of Women’s Participation and Advancement in the Workplace.

*What is the career advancement support project for female employees* In Tokyo, in order to enable more women to play an active role in companies, we provide support for formulating action plans based on the Act on Promotion of Women’s Participation and Advancement in the Workplace, support for acquiring skills for women aiming for managerial positions, seminars for thinking about career advancement, and support for corporate managers. We hold 12 support programs, including training, individual mentoring, and consulting for male managers. All participation is free, so please take advantage of it to promote your company’s initiatives.
