Nabe (hereinafter referred to as “nabe”) is an online conversation service with people across generations that contributes to extending the healthy life expectancy of seniors.
We offer “nabetomo”. In order to popularize nabetomo in Nagano Prefecture, Shinano Mainichi Shimbun Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Nagano City, Nagano Prefecture, Representative Director: Kosaka)
Sotaro: We have agreed to work together with Shinmai (hereinafter referred to as “Shinmai”).
This collaboration was realized because nabe’s goal of extending the healthy life expectancy of seniors matched Shinmei’s commitment to improving quality of life (QOL) and revitalizing social and economic activities while being rooted in the local community. Shinmai is a local newspaper company supported by a wide range of readers. For nabe, this agreement with Shinmai is the first collaboration agreement with a newspaper company. We will continue to explore business collaborations, focusing on the value of newspaper companies that provide value while being close to local senior citizens.

Nabe was founded by three friends who met at a cafe in Tokyo, but I and my other co-founder (my wife) moved to Shinshu and started our business in Matsumoto, Shinshu. From the start of business in February 2022,
