We would like to inform you that Shonen (hereinafter referred to as “Forval”) will implement organizational changes and personnel changes as described below, effective April 1, 2024.

1. Icon Business Headquarters
(i) Kizuna PARK Promotion Office and Training Center will be made independent as business departments, and the Training Center will be developed under X development.
Name changed to Center
(ii) Established a new business control office and established a new data-driven support department under its umbrella.
(iii) Quality Management Department moved from the GDX Business Promotion Office to the Business Control Office
