■Author profile
Born April 25, 1972 in Chiba Prefecture. Debuted as a broadcast writer at the age of 19. He has been involved in planning, composing, and directing numerous hit programs, mainly variety shows. He is active in a variety of genres, including scripting movies and dramas, writing and directing plays, directing movies, and writing essays and novels. He will retire as a broadcast writer on March 31, 2024. His books include “How to Quit Your Job” (Gentosha) and others. “The Last Television Theory” (Bungei Shunju), which compiles the Weekly Bunshun series into one volume, was published at the same time as this book.
