On March 28th (Thursday), Mikawa Bay Football Club Co., Ltd./FC Kariya held a grand “Director Teruyuki Moniba Appointment Report” at Kariya City D-Square Square Plaza.
A total of 170 people, including Aichi Prefecture Governor Hideaki Omura, the mayors of FC Kariya’s hometown partners, guests, sponsors, and related parties gathered together to hold a grand meeting to report on the appointment of Director Moniwa. .
At the beginning of the meeting, Governor Hideaki Omura gave an address, followed by Mayor Kariya Inagaki, Mayor Hidaka Higashiura, Mayor Tanaka Agui, Mayor Nishio Nakamura, Deputy Mayor Obu Yamauchi, House of Representatives member Taku Ishii, and President and CEO of Mikawa Bay Football Club Co., Ltd. We are actively working on this, with our players and staff aiming to be community-based, and aim to become the first J.League club in the Mikawa-Chita area of Aichi Prefecture, involving the local community. From this season, former Japan national soccer team Teruyuki Moniba has been appointed as the manager, and the team is working to strengthen the team in preparation for promotion to the JFL in his first year in office.
