Renaissance Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Sumida-ku, Tokyo, Representative Director, President and Executive Officer: Toshiharu Okamoto, hereinafter referred to as “Renaissance”) is a stock owned by Tokyu Land Corporation (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo, Representative Director and President: Hiroaki Hoshino). All shares of the company Sports Oasis (former company name: Tokyu Sports Oasis) (Head office: Sumida-ku, Tokyo, Representative Director, President and Executive Officer: Tomonobu Yoshida, hereinafter referred to as “Sports Oasis”) will be transferred on March 31, 2024, and the procedures will be completed. We will notify you when it is completed.
Furthermore, as of March 31, 2024, Tokyu Sports Oasis will no longer have a capital relationship with Tokyu Land Corporation. Accordingly, the company name will be changed to “Sports Oasis*” from April 1, 2024.
By combining Renaissance and Sports Oasis into a corporate group, we will have the largest sales volume in the fitness industry. In the future, we will work to realize a well-being society through partnerships.
*For the time being, we will continue to use trademarks such as “Tokyu” and other marks, but we plan to end all use of them after a certain transition period.

Sports Oasis’ corporate mission is “Well-being First!”, and the two companies have similar goals and are developing businesses that complement each other.
Going forward, we will further strengthen the partnership between the two companies, and based on the further growth and development of fitness gyms, we aim to realize a wide variety of “well-being” such as health support for local people and health management support for companies and governments.
With the addition of Sports Oasis to the Renaissance Group, we anticipate opportunities to demonstrate synergistic effects such as strengthening sales and project development capabilities as described below.
■ Utilizing the strengths of Sports Oasis’ home fitness (merchandise sales) business, initiatives include mutual promotion in online shops and product development for both parties.

Together, Renaissance and Sports Oasis will have 140 directly managed sports clubs in Japan, and are expected to enjoy economies of scale as they become the largest corporate group in the fitness industry.
