April Dream Project
**
“Myanmar Freedom Farm”, a combination of finance and coffee, leads to a world of delicious coffee that can only be made with kindness. *Three years after the start of coffee agricultural financing, the hometown of the loan recipient farmer has become the production area of the village lot. “Over the Hill”, a step toward creating a circle with everyone who makes it, chooses it, and drinks it, will go on sale from April towards the dream. *
This press release is a dream sent out by a business operator who sympathizes with the April Dream project and wants to make April 1st a day full of dreams, hoping to make them come true.
Our company supports April Dream, which aims to make April 1st the day to share dreams. This press release is titled “*Myanmar Freedom Farm Coffee*
” is a dream.

We focus on expanding coffee production in the country, mainly in Shan State, Republic of the Union of Myanmar, and in the process, we are committed to making an impact so that the local people engaged in the coffee industry will not be left behind. In order to avoid
compromising on the taste and quality of coffee, we have launched the project “Myanmar Freedom Farm” and will develop financing products specifically for coffee farming in 2021. So far, we have provided loans to 92 coffee farmers in 7 villages.
Press release: Business partnership and collaboration agreement aimed at creating social impact through coffee production in Myanmar (9/9/2021)

Although the region continues to be in political and economic turmoil, and there are difficulties with currency and import/export, coffee farmers continue to work single-mindedly towards producing coffee. This year, the third year since the start of the project, as a new initiative towards our dream, we will be able to sell Village Lot Coffee delivered from the village where we financed the project.

Our “Village Lot” refers to not only basic information about coffee, but also the ability to identify which village it was made in. Using only beans from one village means that it is important that the beans from that village are delicious enough. In order to turn beans from Myanmar into village lots, farmers need not only money but also skills and knowledge. We place emphasis on getting to know farmers deeply through financing and supporting their coffee production. Also, for farmers, “their own beans” are their works of art. The people in the village taught me that having your work appreciated brings joy to your heart, just like the income it brings. The fruit of this effort is our first Village Lot Coffee.
* “Myanmar Free Farm Coffee”‘s dream is to create a world where everyone who drinks coffee acts kindly (makes, chooses, and drinks). *

* The starting point of my dream was the social issues I encountered in the field: *
– Young people in rural areas who have no choice but to leave their hometowns to earn a living.
– Small-scale farmers who do not earn enough money to live on by growing coffee
– Even though I said I liked coffee, I didn’t know who made it or under what circumstances.
* I want to make my dreams come true with everyone like this: * – I like good coffee
– Interested in production areas and farmers
– Want to choose and utilize transparent products
– I want to contribute to solving social issues (SDGs, regenerative agriculture) even in small ways
*
Three years have passed since the project began, and although we have taken a step towards our dream, we still have a long way to go to reach that world. Enjoy a cup that brings you closer to your dreams. Then, please participate in this coffee making process at a distance and in a way that is comfortable for you. *
