Toshimitsu Sowa Representative Director and President of Human Resources Research Institute Co., Ltd. Born in Toyota City, Aichi Prefecture in 1971. After attending Nada High School, he entered the Faculty of Education, Kyoto University in 1990, and graduated from the Department of Educational Psychology in 1995. After working in the human resources recruitment department at Recruit Co., Ltd. and eventually working as a general manager, he was in charge of human resources in various industries such as Open House Co., Ltd. and Lifenet Life Insurance Co., Ltd. Established Human Resources Research Institute Co., Ltd. in 2011 and became president and representative director. While providing guidance to corporate human resources departments (the hiring side), I also provide guidance to new graduates and mid-career job seekers (the hiring side) based on my experience of interviewing over 20,000 job seekers.
