In line with “Fair Trade Month” in May, two types of sandwich and dessert sets made with International Fair Trade certified coffee will be available at the museum from Thursday, May 16, 2024 to Friday, May 31, 2024. Coffee is used for the sauce. Enjoy the perfect harmony of the fat of the meat (100% domestic beef) and coffee.

Considering the balance with the beef burger, we created a light texture. Instead of finger biscuits, a sponge cake is used as the base to soak up the coffee. We have also carefully chosen the distribution of mascarpone and fresh cream so that you can enjoy the aroma of coffee and the fluffy texture as soon as you put it in your mouth.

Uses ham marinated in international fair trade certified coffee. A perfect pairing of the subtle aroma and bitterness of coffee and the salty taste of ham. A salad made with free-range eggs brings out the flavor of the ham even more.

International Fair Trade Certified Earl Gray tea leaves are mixed into the dough, so it has a slight Earl Gray scent. Considering the balance with the sandwich, we focused on a fluffy and moist texture. Serve with whipped cream.
