Unicharm develops environmental conservation plans with 22 retail business partners. “Choose, use, circulate” campaign to connect to the future
Unicharm Corporation (Representative Director, President and Executive Officer: Takahara
Gokyu) has announced that it will carry out an environmental conservation project with 22 of its retail partners, and will donate a portion of the sales of eligible products to environmental protection organizations for a limited time from mid-May 2024. Masu.

* ■Background of the initiative*
Our company has established the “Environmental Goals 2030” announced in May 2020 and the mid- to long-term ESG goals “Kyo-sei Life Vision” announced in October of the same year.
We aim to realize a sustainable society by promoting “climate change response” as set forth in “2030.” Towards this goal, we are carrying out a variety of activities based on the idea that “We want to work together with our business partners and consumers to face and overcome various social issues.” As part of this effort, we will collaborate with 22 retail business partners who have agreed to support
sustainable environmental conservation activities in local
communities, and will donate a portion of the sales of eligible products to environmental protection organizations.

A portion of the sales of eligible products from the 22 participating companies will be donated to environmental protection organizations to support local environmental conservation activities. In addition, we will publish the summary of our activities on our website,
sustainability report, etc. to ensure that our activities are highly transparent.
