Anniversary Concierge Co., Ltd. (Kochi City, Kochi
Prefecture/Representative Director: Motoyuki Fukushima) and Mitsui Sumitomo Insurance Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Mitsui Sumitomo Insurance”) announced on May 30, 2024 that they will strengthen mutual cooperation and promote regional revitalization and We have concluded a comprehensive partnership agreement with the aim of improving resident services.

Two companies working together to promote regional revitalization activities Anniversary Concierge Co., Ltd. plans, develops, and operates the town development platform “Digital Town 1-chome” (commonly known as Digi Town). We are developing initiatives to connect people and the city digitally (LINE) and make life more enjoyable and convenient. (As of May 2024, agreements have been concluded with two local
governments/three organizations)
Mitsui Sumitomo Insurance Co., Ltd. also collaborates with local governments, commercial and industrial organizations, and financial institutions, aiming for mutual development with the local community. In order to revitalize the region, we support the resolution of diversifying regional issues. (As of the end of April 2024,
partnership agreements have been concluded with 47 prefectures and 251 municipalities)

In collaboration with Mitsui Sumitomo Insurance Co., Ltd., we will utilize the Digi-machi platform to improve local disaster prevention capabilities by increasing self-help and mutual assistance during normal times, and to prepare for future natural disasters. By providing “phase-free” services that are also useful, we aim to revitalize the region and improve resident services.
