Niigata City’s patisserie “Sweets” has won various awards at international chocolate competitions for the hometown tax of Niigata City (Mayor: Yaichi Nakahara).
Escalier’s * “International Chocolate Award Winning Set of 5 Pieces” * and * “Bean to Bar Regular Delivery” * were exhibited.
Chocolate, which is carefully made from cacao beans imported from countries such as Venezuela, Peru, and Thailand, has a sour taste like fruit or a bitter taste like medicine, and like wine or coffee, it has different aromas and tastes depending on the country of origin. You can enjoy it. The chocolate is made with the utmost care, from the degree of roasting of the beans to the stirring time that determines the texture of the beans, which can only be achieved on a small scale.
