Rivatre, a return-to-work support (rework) service for people with mental health problems
Against the backdrop of such social conditions, Riva Co., Ltd. is offering a return-to-work support (rework) service called
“RivaTrare” for people who have taken leave or quit their jobs due to mental health issues.
We have provided the following. The program has been in operation since 2010, and has produced over 1,600 returnees to date.
Support for returning to work (rework) is a process in which people with mental health problems who have recovered to a certain degree of mental and physical condition acquire the know-how and skills to return to work and society, and warm up for returning to work. * The main purpose is to reduce the risk of recurrence and provide an easy and smooth transition* to returning to work.
